Air Fryer Loaded Potato Wedges
Crispy seasoned wedges piled with melty cheese, bacon and cool sour cream : a meal in a basket.
Ingredients
- 2 lb russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 4 tbsp cooked bacon
- 0,5 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp chives
Instructions

Cut 2 lb russet potatoes into wedges and soak in cold water 15 minutes, then dry well.

Toss with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder and season.

Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes, then shake the basket.

Cook 8 more minutes until deep golden and crisp.

Top with shredded cheddar and cook 2 minutes to melt.

Finish with crumbled bacon, sour cream and chopped chives; serve hot.
Chef's tip
Soaking the wedges removes surface starch : the single best trick for maximum crispiness in the air fryer.
