No. Olive gives general suggestions tailored to your preferences, but it isn’t medical advice. For specific health needs (diabetes, cholesterol, severe allergies), consult a professional.

Yes. You can import a recipe from a web address (recipe site, food blog…), a PDF file, or photograph it : even a handwritten recipe, in cursive. Olive deciphers and structures it automatically in seconds.

Yes, and it’s a strict guarantee. Set your diets (vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.) and your allergies: Olive will never suggest a recipe containing an ingredient you must avoid.

By starting from a meal plan, you only buy what you actually need: fewer impulse buys, fewer duplicates and less waste. Olive favours budget-friendly recipes and accounts for what you already have in the pantry, which trims the bill every week.

Yes. As soon as your week’s plan is ready, your list generates itself, grouped by aisle in the order of your route through the store. Shopping mode shows large type so you can check items one-handed while the other holds the basket.

Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, the global standard for online payments (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest security level). Olivi never sees your card number: it’s entered directly on Stripe’s secure page. Subscription is handled on olivi.ca and can be cancelled in one click from your profile.

Yes, in one click from your profile. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then you automatically return to the free plan. No questions asked.
