Frequently asked questions
How does the 7-day trial work?
You create your account and use everything for 7 days with no credit card. AI (Olive and AI actions) is limited to 15 actions per day during the trial. On day 8, you move to Essentiel to continue: otherwise your account remains but access to features is suspended.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. One-click cancellation from your profile, no penalty. You keep access until the end of the paid period (month or year).
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, the global standard for online payments (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). Your card number is entered directly on Stripe's secure page. Olivi never sees or stores it.
Monthly or annual: what's the difference?
The content is identical. Monthly costs $8.99/month; annual comes to $89/year, or about two months free. You pick the option when subscribing, from your profile.
Is the mobile app included?
Yes, the iOS app (iPhone) is included and free to download. You sign in with your Olivi account and the subscription applies on the web and on your iPhone.
How does the shared list work?
You share a link with your partner or housemates. When one checks off an item at the store, the other sees it disappear in real time. No app to install for the person receiving the link: just a web page.
Is my data private?
Yes. Hosted locally (Toronto), compliant with Law 25 and GDPR. Your recipes and plans are never shared. You can export and delete your data whenever you want.
Can I share Olivi with my family?
Yes. Real-time grocery list sharing is included in Essentiel: your spouse, housemate or family can check off the list with you, without installing the app.
