At the bottom of most recipes, Olivi shows nutrition facts per serving: calories, protein, carbohydrates (including fibre and sugars), fat, and sodium.
Where these numbers come from
They're calculated from an official nutrient database: a reference base of thousands of foods. For each ingredient, Olive finds the matching food in that database, then the values are calculated from the quantities and the number of servings. The numbers are never made up: they always come from this reference base.
It's calculated automatically
Nutrition appears on its own on catalogue recipes and on the ones you create, generate, or import. Adjust the number of servings: the per-serving values stay consistent.
