How it works
- Go to Recipes > + Add > Photo of a dish
- Choose a photo from your gallery or take one with the camera
- Olive identifies the dish (15-30s) and offers you 1 or 2 cards:
- "Now": a recipe adapted to what you already have
- "Save": a recipe added to your library for later
What Olive can do
- Identify the dish even from far away or in average lighting
- Adapt the recipe to your diets and your allergies
- Adapt to the equipment you have (no oven? Olive finds an alternative)
- Give an estimate of time and servings
Good to know
Olive doesn't guess the chef's exact recipe; it offers one coherent version of the dish. For a specific heirloom recipe (say, your grandmother's meat pie), use the handwritten import instead.
