The Scan feature turns a paper recipe into a structured digital recipe.
How to do it
- Open Scan (from the app menu, or the Scan page on the web).
- Photograph or import the image of the recipe: a book page, a magazine page, or a handwritten family notebook, even cursive is recognized.
- Olive reads the image and automatically structures the title, ingredients, and steps.
- Check it, adjust if needed, then save.
The result
The recipe is added to your recipes, ready to be planned and turned into a grocery list like any other.
